This Privacy Policy explains how Numenor Sing PTE. LTD. (“Numenor”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you visit our website www.numenorsing.com, contact us, or use our technology and related services that enable aerial data processing, 3D digital twins, analytics, and enterprise integrations.

2) Scope

We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and related regulations (“PDPA”).

  • Business information: project briefs, RFP/RFQ content, billing details, contract information.
  • Support communications: inquiries, feedback, and correspondence with our teams.

B. Data we collect automatically

  • Website/device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, timestamps, referrer URLs.
  • Cookies and similar tech: used for essential site functions, analytics, and preferences (see our Cookies Policy).

C. Data received from clients/partners

  • Project datasets: aerial imagery and other sensor outputs (e.g., LiDAR, thermal, multispectral), geospatial metadata, flight logs, annotations.
  • Operational metadata: file lineage, versioning, user access/activity within our platform.

Note: Some project datasets may incidentally include personal data (e.g., identifiable individuals present in outdoor captures). We implement data minimisation and, where feasible, masking/aggregation as instructed by clients and in line with applicable laws.

4) How We Use Personal Data

  • Provide, operate, and improve our platform and services (processing, modeling, analytics, integrations).
  • Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, manage customer relationships, and deliver support.
  • Operate and secure our websites, infrastructure, and user accounts (including monitoring and troubleshooting).
  • Conduct internal analytics, quality assurance, testing, and research & development (with safeguards).
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations (including aviation and cybersecurity requirements).
  • Communicate service updates and (with consent where required) send marketing or event information.

5) Legal Grounds under the PDPA

We collect, use, and disclose personal data with your consent or as otherwise permitted under the PDPA (including deemed consent by conduct or contractual necessity, and applicable exceptions such as legitimate interests, security, or investigations). 6) Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

  • Service providers / data intermediaries: cloud hosting, security, analytics, and support vendors under contractual safeguards.
  • Affiliates and delivery partners: to help provide our services (e.g., project execution, technical support, enterprise integration).
  • Professional advisers: auditors, insurers, consultants, and legal counsel under confidentiality obligations.

No system is completely secure; we continuously review and enhance our controls.

We assess suspected or actual data incidents and, where required by the PDPA, notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals. We also take steps to mitigate risk and prevent recurrence.

Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you may:
